Step 1.
Purchase Request

The first step for the buyer is to make a purchase request on the listings page. Once we receive the request, Aetheria Motors will contact the seller for approval.

Step 2.
Payment

When the seller approves the purchase request, we send the buyer an email with an invoice and instructions on how to make the payment.

Step 3.
Shipping

Once we have confirmed payment, we’ll start shipping within one business day. We send the buyer an email notification. Delivery takes between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the distance. All items are insured against damage, loss, theft, and other issues.

Step 4.
Delivery & Inspection

Our technical inspector performs a pre-delivery inspection. They will create a detailed report on the condition of the item. Once the item has been delivered, the buyer goes through the inspection report. They will want to keep the report until the end of the 14-day return window in case they need to return the item.

Our InspectPlus program provides a detailed verification of the item’s condition before our consignment service accepts it. We create a point-based, comprehensive report that covers the vehicle's physical condition, quality, history, and other factors. The inspection ensures that the item meets our high standards. If the item doesn’t pass our InspectPlus, it won’t be listed for sale. Rejected vehicles typically include those with irreparable damage, items that don’t meet state regulations, and those that fail a regular inspection.

Vehicles, cars, boats, RVs, travel trailers, ATVs, and motorcycles undergo background checks, including history reports and ownership status verification.

Item titles must be clear to be listed for sale. If the title includes any liens, they must be fully paid off before the item can be listed for sale on Aetheria Motors, regardless of whether an individual or finance company holes them.

Items with salvage titles will fail our InspectPlus check and will not be listed for sale on our site. We don’t accept items with salvage titles due to the varying regulations in different states and the higher likelihood that the buyer will return the item. We prioritize customer satisfaction and quality, so we have strict standards for the items we accept for sale.

We provide assistance with advertising and financing for our sellers and buyers. We also take care of storage for cars, trucks, RVs, and boats. After the sale, we provide shipping to the buyer. Our goal is to make the transaction simple and stress-free.

FAQs

Your payment will be held with Aetheria Motors until the item is delivered and you are completely satisfied with its quality. Seller's payment is released only when you confirm the item has been received in good condition.

In case we do not hear back from you within 14 days of item delivery, we feel it would be fair to assume that you are satisfied with the item's quality, size, physical condition, and specification, and will release the payment to the seller.

In case you are not satisfied with the item delivered and inform Aetheria Motors within 14 days of delivery, Aetheria Motors will resolve your complaint end-to-end within 72 hours from the time the complaint is raised.

If Aetheria Motors is not able to provide a resolution within 72 hours, then we will automatically refund the amount paid for the item. Note: At delivery, you will be walked through a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) which will give you a general idea of the item's condition. The PDI report must be kept until the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee ends and will be required in case the item needs to be returned. When a complaint is raised for a delivered item, the seller is paid only after the issue is resolved and you are satisfied with the resolution.

  • You have paid for the item but didn't receive it.
  • You have received a damaged/defective item or it doesn't comply with the quality, size, physical condition, and specification as per your original purchase.
  • You have received an item which you're not satisfied with because of its fit/size.
